This week Pete’s been pretty busy showing Fallout 3 to some of the gaming press over on the west coast. Beginning this morning, many of these sites are starting to share their impressions.

Too bad all those previews say almost nothing new, and are hypefull without any reservation whatsoever.

Looks great. Love the screenshots of the mini-gun in action on the Gamespot preview. Lucky Gamespot got a ton of stuff to check out. The character creation really looks cool and kind of funny with the baby stage
I recently did a run through of STALKER shadow of Chernobyl recently, getting a nice feel of post-nuclearism.
The shots released look pretty sweet. Although it appears that Bethsoft still hasn’t implemented/doesn’t believe in anisotropic filtering. Look at the ground- way out of focus.
