Today I thought I’d share a cool letter we got in the mail — a graduation invitation from Josef Daniel Bookert of Whitworth University. At first glance, I thought it was sent to the wrong address, but when I looked above the graduation details I found the following note:

Spokane is a long way from here, so we’ll be unable to attend the ceremony. Honestly, we just hope didn’t affect your grades too much. You didn’t start school when Morrowind came out, did you?
Anyways, congrats to you and all the new graduates!
That’s a coincidence, Morrowind damn nearly destroyed my academic prospects at university.
Haha, that’s awesome, congrats Josef!
Congrats, glad you made it!
Congrats! Best of luck to the new grad!
Games did help my English alot.
I’m graduating this weekend w/ a degree in English. I have an AA in programming, so I hope I can someday combine the two and work at Bethesda!
Reading the new Fallout 3 diary right now…can’t wait for that flippin’ game! I love you guys!
Geeez. I started School when Arena came out! Although I finished my Masters a couple of years ago Bethesda must have delayed my graduation for a while… LOL.
Grats
Games like Oblivion and Morrowind made me quit school… But then, I am better off with a low payed job with lots of freedom than a well payed job with little time to play games ^^
Good luck to you, (pre) post nuclear grad!
Man, I didn’t think anyone would read this. Thanks everyone!
Josef
