Here’s a quick look at what’s going on around the web.

Following our news on Mothership Zeta’s release date, GamePro has a new interview with DLC Producer Jeff Gardiner. Here’s a snippet:

Will there be different types of aliens, such as Face Huggers and full-grown entities?

Jeff Gardiner: Yes there are different versions of the standard alien, an alien robot and another creature I can’t spoil just yet.

More after the break….

In other DLC news, Game Daily is giving away six codes for Point Lookout. To be eligible, you’ll have to become a fan of their Facebook page.

Moving along, in the world of id news, Pete has two new interviews up — one at VG247 and one at gamesindustry.biz. Here’s an excerpt from the former:

“I think we’re just going to let everyone at id and Bethesda Game Studios keep working on what they’re doing”, he told us. “So no, no Quake RPG in our future.”

Lastly, IGN has a featuring five RPGs to play on Xbox 360. Fallout 3 and Oblivion make the list — so if you’ve enjoyed playing them, you might want to check out their other recommendations.

Cheers!

Update: IGN has a new feature on what to expect with Fallout: New Vegas.

  1. IGN’s list had to be made by someone who doesn’t play RPGs. Or at least never played Dark Messiah themselves.

  2. [unrelated to zeta but i dont know where else to put this (fallout comic)http://www.vgcats.com/comics/?strip_id=281
