As promised, here’s a web update on Brink coverage coming out of PAX. Above is a cool shot of our Brink booth, which during downtime used LED lights to display screenshots from the game.
In coverage news, Co-Optimus has an audio interview (courtesy of the Colony of Gamers team) with Creative Director Richard Ham. Additionally, the site shares impressions after seeing Paul Wedgwood’s presentation of the game.
For additional PAX impressions, check out GameStooge, SideQuesting, and The Goozex Report. As more news pops, we’ll keep you updated.
Hit the jump for Brink coverage from GamesCom and QuakeCon, as well as more photos from our PAX booth.
VG247 recently caught up with Paul Wedgwood. Here’s an excerpt where Paul discusses the game’s title…
VG247: Why name the game Brink, of all things? It always reminds me of that Disney movie. And it always reminds Google of that Disney movie as well.
Paul Wedgwood: [Laughs]. You know, the reason I love the name ‘Brink’ is because – well, the literal definition of the term is “the edge of a precipice.” So it has good connotations in that sense.”
Rounding out our coverage, check out a GamesCom interview with Richard Ham at NowGamer and a two-page spread at PC Gamer.
And now, a few more photos from PAX…enjoy!
IT guru (and wannabe bouncer) Steve Bloom puts his game face on before another presentation (we put a countdown timer on the LED lights).
Peeking through part of the Bethesda logo, one lucky fan finds a good spot to watch Paul give his presentation.
A bird’s eye view of one of Paul’s 25 presentations of the game. Things got pretty insane.

Let’s hope none of your guys brought back the PAX party crasher: http://www.penny-arcade.com/
