E3 Week: Around the booth

IMG_5257.jpg

As I relax in front of the TV after a busy week in Los Angeles, I thought I’d share some pics from the show floor of our E3 2010 booth. Most of them were taken before press started filing into the booth, as it was “all hands on deck” as soon as the show started.

Big, Dinky-sized ups to everyone that helped with our biggest E3 yet.

More photos after the break…

  1. Please tell me where I can purchase one of those fine New California Republic t-shirts. There is a distinct lacking of style and panache in my life and that shirt would contribute greatly in correcting that.

  2. Yes, a new california republic t-shirt would be awesome! Where can we purshase. And please quit torturing us and release the game already!!!!!

  3. Wo! RAGE looks scary!

Todd Howard seems to be multi-tasking taking in what Team New Vegas is saying while observing the reaction of nearby player engaged in the game.

Looks like E3 was alot of fun. Thanks for the great screenshots!

  4. E3 was a blast! I was impressed with the Bethesda booth most of all. You guys went all out. I got a hands on with Fallout and the devs were a lot of help and a wealth of information. BTW thanks for that jacket, it’s my most favorite article of clothing ever! I’ll be posting a preview on Fallout later and one of my fellow writers already has a hunted preview up. Check us out, http://www.awesomegameblog.com

  5. TODD HOWARD?! ARENT YOU SUPPOSED TO BE AT BETHESDA MAKING TESV?!

    Anyway, awesome booth Bethesda, congratulations.

  6. Bethesda has it’s fingers stuck in three pies that I am eagerly awaiting. Brink, Rage and New Vegas. Good job guys, the wait is getting harder and harder!

  7. Wow just checked out one of the E3 interviews on Gamespot-
    http://e3.gamespot.com/video/6266540/

Pretty mind boggling new additions and improvements. The gun sights look great and love how the non-vats combat has been tweaked so its more enjoyable and lethal. The bladed gauntlet and C4 dynamite are gonna be some shocking brutal weapons to use on the enemy. The kickback on the sniper rifle is really nice along with the enhanced third person view. They really seem to have thought of everything with FALLOUT: New Vegas even..MALE! FEMALE! PROSTITUTION! TION! TION! TION! echo echo echo..

Those Caesar Legion guys sound pretty vicious. Wonder if theres gonna be any ingame crucifixation by their hand ingame. The new crafting system sounds like alot of fun in its intricacy and its great how one can craft things besides weapons now and not just at a work bench either.

The gambling casinos look great with a awesome rich colour palette and plenty of variety when it comes to the personality of the different locales and those who run it. Love the Rat Pack and Howard Hughes symbolism etc.

Nice how there is violence everywhere yet with a different mood with New Vegas feeling very ganglike and the outside desert areas feeling more stark and eerie. Stunning how alive everything looks.

Yeppity yep yep yeppers am getting this for sure! :D
