Fallout 3 DLC now sold separately on Steam

We get a lot of questions here at Bethblog HQ. Mainly about werewolves. However, over the last few weeks we’ve received more than a few inquiries about purchasing Fallout 3 DLC on Steam separately. Today we have a pretty satisfactory answer on the issue: Yes You Can.

In a fitting event to mark the birthday of Washington, DC, Steam now features all five Fallout 3 add-ons for individual purchase. In fact, here’s a handy link to all of the DLC pages on the Steam store. Please note: the Steam DLC is only compatible with the Steam version of Fallout 3. That said, happy content downloading.

  1. Thank you! I’ve been asking this for months. Better late than never. Finally, those who have bought the standard version a while ago on Steam (and later refusing DLCs at GFWL store), can now enjoy the add-ons. This will help boost New Vegas pre-orders too, no more reluctant buyers that suffered from that previous tragedy. Justice has been made, patience has paid off, and trust on Bethesda is very strong again. Keep up the good work.

  2. Hey, sorry to have to ask but I want to know if the Fallout: New Vegas pre-order DLC will be available for download after the game has been released as stand-alone packs.
