Both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 are beginning to crank out their summertime arcade hits, and we’re definitely downloading them. This past week I’ve talked to a number of folks at the office that are currently playing Deathspank (above) and Puzzle Quest 2. Additionally, Deadliest Warrior, Monkey Island 2, and DOOM II are getting played by folks at the office. Personally, I’m pumped to check out this week’s big release on Xbox LIVE Arcade — Limbo.
Let us know the games you’re downloading, as well as anything else that’s striking your fancy.

@Alec Ahearn. I too know the pull of Demon’s Souls. My PS3 hard disk crashed when I was on soul level 96 and my last back up was at level 50. Make sure you backup, or all your hard work can be lost in an instant. I probably have about 150 hours (and counting) in there as well. Its the only game I have played for the last 3 weeks.
Nice mix of games with plenty of RED DEAD REDEMPTION in there. Will have to look that game up and see what all the excitement is about.
Playing at the moment-
DRAGON AGE ORIGINS with the just released new patch
DRAGON AGE AWAKENING with the just released new patch
DIVINITY II EGO DRACONIS
OBLIVION with mostly texture and body replacer mods
MORROWIND with Skydye’s VIBRANT MORROWIND 4.0 mod
DAGGERFALL the free version from Bethesda which plays incredibly smooth compared to my almost mint cd version.
NECROVISION
For me it was Guild Wars, Wintersday in July weekend, and X2: The Threat, I long for the moment I can afford to update my PC to play new games!
Going to give VALVE’s free just released ALIEN SWARM another spin after reading at PCGAMER how to set the game up to play in first person mode which looks fantastic from the video shown of it.
The new PCGAMER website is great with constant fun informative updates all day long. Thanks Bethesda for letting us know about it.
