Concept artist Craig Mullins recently posted a few previously unreleased pieces of his work on Fallout 3. Just for fun, we’ve also put them up here on Bethblog, offering alternate visions of the Capital and its surrounding wasteland.
For comparison, check out the released concept art at the bottom of this page.

You blew my mind, thank you!! Why none for New Vegas though?
RAD! thanks for sharing! i really love Mullins’s stuff, going all the way back to my young’un days playing Marathon. his style of detailed realism with excellent color palettes works so well for these dystopian or high-tech video games.
any chance of multi-megapixel screens?
Yeah!!! release more concept art for New Vegas!
makes me sad
Im suprised there was no concept art in my Collectors Edition
Stunning stuff. No wonder this game is the most played game on my HD-consoles.
=)
Amazing… Beautiful… I love your style men, please more
playing playstation since the stone age, this game, fallout 3 and oblivion, which i am still playing “go figure ” excellent artwork but it’s what i would expect. I ‘d have the bottom one on my wall keep up the great work guys thanks for your efforts
Buetiful work. Its like looking back into the past with a classical painting art style to it as if Napoleon Bonaparte would ride in on a powerful steed at any moment without looking out of place. Thanks to all involved for the great work!

Yes OBLIVION and FALLOUT 3 are aging elegantly with newer technology to say the least. I just recently got a Radeon 5770 and a Samsung monitor along with some Audio-Technica Ath-AD700 headphones and not only do both games look even better then the original game box art but the sound is even more detailed. As time goes by these masterpieces of gaming just keep on giving back way beyond what was paid moneywise.
well thats something we need to see on fathead.com that would be freaking awsome please bethseda i want one um 7′X6′ to put on my wall who’s with me on this?
Get them in print please!
