New Hunted trailer explains “The Power of Two”

The latest Hunted trailer has been unleashed, and this time we’re showing off the game’s prodigious co-op action. Hunted now sports both online co-op and offline splitscreen, allowing friends a chance to co-op at their preferred distance. Check out the trailer above for a look at what to expect.

Hunted hits stores on PC, 360 and PS3 on May 31 (US)/June 3 (UK). Head to huntedthegame.com for more info.

  1. This game is really looking awesome, I’m looking forward to the coop.

One rhetorical question (as I know you don’t know the answer) is why would they set the release date for this two weeks after Brink? I know they are different genres but that seems like a silly move for a publishing company. I know I’ll be buying both so I can’t really speak for others, just a thought.

  2. I’m already kind of set on this game so no need to waste marketing power on me :P

I just came here to let you know that a lot of people don’t even know that inXile added Split-Screen so you should definitely spread the word, I’m saying this because Kotaku just posted a preview and more than one person is already saying that Split-Screen is the deal maker.
I’ve seen the trailer but I think you should explicitly state that on one of the trailers because I see more than a few people confused about those split-screen shots :)

Also, Kotaku and Gametrailers posted new previews for the game.

    – The trailer was nice but I liked “The World of Hunted” better, really shows off the game nicely :P

  3. On the PS3 version please add the ability for both players to earn trophies while playing local co-op. Many dev’s seem to be too lazy to implement this, but several PS3 games do support it.
