Every single thing these guys say is 100% music to my ears. I love Deus Ex/System Shock/Ultima Underworld/Vampire Bloodlines style of games, even those that are more into shooting and less into RPG, like Stalker series or FarCry 2.
What is especially good to hear is that Zenimax seems confident in the studio and lets them create game they truly want to make. I hope it will be as good as those classics I listed above, and also that it will be commercial success and Arkane will be able to continue making games based on immersiveness and emergent gameplay.
