This just makes me more mad at valve, the only bonus us people who preorder on steam would get was the tf2 hat and they said screw you guys and removed it from the prorder and threw it on the store for more money.
The promo was part of the quakecon pack that was released a little while ago. So, the hat, as well as Fallout, Rage, and other promotions were ended soon after that was released.
Besides, the hat is dropable and craftable. You don’t have to buy it.
