Before we head to E3, we wanted to share the Dishonored gameplay trailer that debuted on GameTrailers TV last night. Let us know what you think, and what you’d do with a drunken whaler.

But please tell me – do you get money for recording it in what looks like the Xbox version? That aliasing and jittering edges look irritating.
Wow, i didn’t really follow the game, but this music, it’s just wow, never knew you could set the tone of an entire game with a sailors tune. Man i want that song. Great job bethesda keep on going.

Ha. This is a traditional sailor song, you guys, with a few words changed. The original asks what you’d do with a drunken _sailor_ early in the morning, and at least one of the responses is “Put ‘im in a longboat ’til he’s sober.” Less with the feeding to rats and slitting of throats.
I used to love that sea shanty, and now thanks to this trailer, it just creeps me the hell out. Well done.
I’m not familiar enough with Arkane for this to be a day-one buy for me, but it looks really cool and I’ll definitely pick it up at some point.
is open world though and open ending i dont want to beat the game completely it needs to be like skyrim and fall out

Well that settles it, I’m preordering! Not only was the gameplay awesome, but I loved the song. I’m a connoisseur of sea shanties, and that was both the best parody version of Drunken Sailor and the best version over all. Please release the soundtrack!

I think the big question for me is: do I get this on PC or PS3 hmmm. Fingers crossed for playable demos to help me with this decision.
