G4TV Shares their Top 100. You should, too!

Last week G4TV counted down their top 100 games of all time, with both id Software and Bethesda Game Studios being well represented. Titles making the cut included Fallout 3 (#75), Wolfenstein 3D (#63), QUAKE III: Arena (#43), Skyrim (#31), and DOOM II (#12)

Official Contest Rules

The contest is open to anyone ages 18 & up. One entry per email address. Void where prohibited.

All participants must be 18 or older to enter and verification may be required before the winner is announced. Entries shall be original and deemed non-proprietary and upon submission all entries become the sole property of the Bethesda and will not be acknowledged or returned. Participation in the contest constitutes consent to Bethesda’s and its affiliates’ use of participant name, submission, opinions, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, and without further payment or consideration.

Send an email to bethblog@bethsoft.com with the subject line “Top 100″ in the subject line. The email must include your name, valid mailing address, and email address. Along with your contact information, share with us your favorite 100 games of all time. Invalid or ineligible entries shall be excluded from consideration. By their submission of entry, participants warrant that all information is original and accurate, and they are legally entitled and authorized to make such submission, either on their own behalf, or as to information submitted upon the express authorization of another on whose behalf the information is submitted.

All e-mails must be received by midnight (U.S. Eastern Time), Tuesday, July 10, 2012.

Five (5) lucky winners will be selected at random and receive a The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Original Game Soundtrack, signed by the game’s composer, Jeremy Soule. Winners will be selected  on or about July 10, 2012. Selection will be conducted by Bethesda Softworks, whose decisions on all matters related to the contest shall be final and binding and within its sole discretion. To claim prize, winner so notified must within ten (10) days of notice of award, complete, execute and return any additional documents required by Bethesda Softworks.

Bethesda Softworks reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any suspect entry or entrant and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Participants agree that by participating they release the Bethesda Softworks, its parent, and its affiliates from any liability in connection with the contest and any prizing.

  1. Does invalid or ineligible entries include lists that are less than 100 games (though they definitely should include a decent list)?

  2. i don’t want that soundtrack. i already have it :D signed by jeremy soule. in golden letters. ordered before 23rd december ;)

  3. A personal Top 100? I’m not sure I could come up with 100 favorite games even if I include old arcade games and everything I liked since then. But even then, how do you sort a list that includes Pac Man, Doom and Quake as well as Oblivion, Fallout 3 and Skyrim?!?

    I can tell you though, that Skyrim, Oblivion, Fallout 3 and Fallout NV are all on my personal Top 10 list. :)
