      • gstaff, is it so hard to relase a Skyrim medium dlc epilogue to end the story, no let’s make a spotlight for crappy Evil Within & boring Wolfenstein: The New Order even if we are not making those two we are still publishers….please!!!

Oh well, Bethesda u can just dream that those 2 will make u money and fan community like phenomenon aka Skyrim did.

        FOR SKYRIM!!!

        • They are 2 completely different companies, they just have a similar name. And they lost a lot of money on Skyrim DLC because they had to devote so much time trying to get them to work on PS3.

          • I even saw one comment saying that they wanted NO MORE SKYRIM CONTENT, because it would lag the PS3 even more! Do you really think that releasing an extra dlc would help the PS3 Skyrim fan base? Also, how do you know the game is going to be crappy or boring, when it hasn’t been released yet?

        • This has nothing to do with Skyrim in the slightest.
Completely different teams of people are putting in work on these games.
Skyrim devs were done with Skyrim, and are working on a BGS title which hasn’t been announced yet- blame F4 if you want, but don’t trash games that haven’t even come out yet, which have nothing to do with Skyrim production, it’s just bad form.

      • Gstaff can you give us any reasonable reason why with all the out cry from community and guaranteed tons of cash which was waiting for you you still didn’t release at least 1 more dlc for Skyrim. And how so that all dlcs were xbox exclusive….yeah yeah dragonborn was postponed because of technical issues…ahahahhahahhahaha even if we fell for such silly excuse which is btw insulting one’s inteligence the fact that it was released for pc after almost TWO MONTHS still remains…..I can only imagine how it was for those poor sods on ps 3….no really tell us why you didn’t make any more dlcs….why you cut off so much content from original game all because of that stupid date why some anonymus modders fix more bugs in matter of month when you cant do it after 9 patches and 18 months(and some of that are soooo easy to fix even with console commands…when you are already trying to appeal to consoles why not fix them bugs which they have no way to fix by themself)….I’ll just say Windhelm’s arena….you know what…don’t do that unless you want to lie of course…otherwise you will be fired -.-

        • I never had a problem with exclusive time periods for dlc for PC. Neither did my friends on PS3. They all figured it was going to come, and in that time they decided if they really wanted it, via playthroughs, reviews, etc. And the dlc came, just like Bethesda said. But yes, Windhelm’s arena would have been awesome.

  1. “The story and contents of this game are not intended to and should not be construed in any way to condone, glorify or endorse the beliefs, ideologies, events, actions, persons or behavior of the Nazi regime or to trivialize its war crimes, genocide, and other crimes against humanity.”

Or that of the Allied regime or the Soviet Union.

On another note, I never really cared about the single player in any Wolfenstein game. Yes, they have contributed to the gaming industry, and yes, their gameplay is superb. I’m just not one for political shooters, unless both sides are playable (Battlefield 1942, Ostfront, etc.) On another note, I would like to state that my all-time favourite game is the multiplayer component for Return to Castle Wolfenstein and its sequel, Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory. I hope to god that the multiplayer for this, assuming that there is one, is relative by large. I want the funny voices and faces, and all the other hilarious and random stuff like the others, but with updated graphics, physics, and schnell.

  2. Trailer looks promising, but I’ll wait for actual gameplay in order to express an opinion…

  3. Excellent trailer. Reminds me of THE WATCHMEN with the 1960s music and tough guy against the world vibe. Loved the original and Spear Of Destiny. Hope they have some sort of visceral visual onscreen pain effect when the player gets hit.

Best wishes on this being a success to all involved.

  4. I am excited about this;I sense huge potential in the title and that the Wolfenstein franchise is in good hands. Also,it’s high time the continuous rant about Bethesda Game Studios neglecting to add any more additional development time to Skyrim stopped. The title has been enjoying continuous support and development for over a year and a half now,and it’s at great hands with the community.

Us,faithful froends and supporters of the studio, are aware, recognise and respect that the teams behind the Elder Scrolls series games are dedicated to each new installment alone, always delivering full commitment.

For all the rest out there,at least have the decency to see that Zenimax is actually trying to conduct a very good gaming publish trade here, promoting and supporting new and worthy developers.Where exactly are the sins and evils here?

  5. Warren Spector seems to bash this new Wolfenstein game when I read the news in The Escapist. I hope MachineGames know what they are doing and not even thinking that COD style gameplay is working flawlessly.

  6. he he Beth you announce your new game (I get it it’s not ‘yours’ but still you are publisher) and you get what 20 comments…..when you just used to merely announce new patch for Skyrim and let alone dlcs you would have got hundreds of them…..and still no more dlcs..Elder Scrolls serial should be given to someone who really cares about money and fans alike and don’t put bribery by Microsoft’s xbox deal in front of it’s fans and principles if you even still have any of those….and what you say spears can’t be implemented….way to go with the ultimate trolling in Dragonborn speararrows….-.- oldman it’s time for you to withdraw and new forces fresh and fan commited like CD Project to take your place with open world Witcher 3….ahahahah that prick Pete Hines was really upset and even posted on his twitter that it’s not polite when you critiseze someone’s game cause CD Project said that AI in Skyrim was bad and npcs were not memorable….so Pete they are supposed to lie right like you lied to us that Skyrim has completly new engine which is soooo wrong it’s just heavily modded version of what have you been using since Morrowind…and that’s but a drop in your sea of lies and failed expectations…..just go die Beth….And I Really used to be your hardcore fan…..

    • Bribery? Solid evidence please, and none of this ‘assuming’. Also, CD Project just stated opinions about the game. Nothing more, nothing less. Honestly, I remember more Skyrim npcs that those in the Witcher series. Lastly, this ‘sea of lies’? If it is a sea, I think you should be able to list ten.

      • About one thing you are completely right : CD Project was just merely stating that Skyrim was and still is awesome game and that they used it as inspiration for their new Witcher 3 which is going to be open-world as well but they pointed out that Skyrim is really troubled with some things like extremely stupid AI(https://twitter.com/DCDeacon/status/319849678063685634 here is Pete Hines tweet about it…you can litteraly feel his anger because someone dared to say that they did a bad job in some areas…I mean how they dare -.- ) and tons and tons of bugs for which only solution is to be solved by community…do you want to say that it’s supposed to be that way and that ‘proffesional’ company who charged you for the game on release 60 bucks is less competent for that task when compared to group of enthusiasts…and Witcher 2 characters which are much better portrayed and have more interesting personality and they actually know how to climb on the stairs with no problem and wont repeate same dull phraze over again and don’t bump into trees and shepards don’t fight dragons bare handed and so on(one simple example witch even begginers can solve but pros even after 9 patches and 18 months still can’t:when you walk into the house you have previosly purchased your housecarl has 70 % chance of responding to you as if you are stranger and not owner like…you better not plan anything ill and that bullshit…-.-)……. …and just off the top of my head I can name: Foltest,Vernon Roche,Triss Merigold,Zoltan Chivay,Philippa Eilhart,Radovid V,Prince Stennis,Henselt,Dandalion…..all of them with some good back story and much better written quests and much more dialogue….Ok now let’s number ten promises they didn’t keep:
        1.New engine …………..http://peter.corrosivetruths.org/2011/12/21/is-skyrims-creation-just-gamebryo/

2-10…just read this and find out on your own which of all these things were false : http://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1207390-skyrim-fan-interview/#ipboard_body
        11. whole ps3 fiasco….if someone is fine with being treated like a dirt then it’s called masochisam if you know what I mean….and if there was no bribery how so that they decided to cancel further dlc when the exclusivity stoped and they just couldn’t use technical problems bull any more….hmmmmmm a lot of coincidence…and on top of all it their fann communication is SIMPLY PUT T E R R I B L E …I mean cmon they ve got sport commentator for a head of PR -.- and on other forums like on CD Projet’s or on Creative Assembly’s (the makers of Rome 2 and total war franchise) devs are communcating with fans on daily basis even joking with them and answering to all those questions they are allowed to which is about 50-55 % and on the other side Beth doesn’t address any issue unless it’s some praise or tehnical question like how do I update my game and such trivial things and even if they do answer to some unpleasant question then if it’s Pete he either delets all posts(if he gets burried with them) and leaves only those supporting his claims or he just denials it …..the thing is when have last time gstaff said something on official forum…I can’t recall…and who in the name of Talos trolls so hard his audience with that speararrow ultimate trolling….
