In the past few weeks, members of Arkane have traveled to New York, LA, and across Europe to show off new areas in Dishonored. The above image comes from their stop in London, where (from left) Viktor Antonov, Sebastien Mitton, Harvey Smith, Raphael Colantonio, and Dinga Bakaba) enjoyed relaxing in a room you might recognize from the 2011 Best Picture Winner, The King’s Speech.
While the Arkane crew works away in Lyon, France and Austin, TX, coverage from their tour has started appearing today.
We start at Kotaku, where where Stephen Totilo reveals 18 Things About Dishonored That You Should Know. Here’s one to get you started:
#7 In this game, there are lots of ways to do the same thing. Take the Bathhouse building I saw during the demo. It’s where the action was going to be. And while we could possess a fish to go inside, there were supposedly seven other ways to get in there, too.
On Machinima, watch a 7-minute interview with the game’s co-creative directors, Raphael Colantonio and Harvey Smith. That and more after the break.

In an interview with Japanese magazine Famitsu, Tango Gameworks executive producer Shinji Mikami announced that the studio’s first project, codenamed “Zwei”, will return Mikami-san (the creator of Resident Evil) to the survival-horror genre.
Here’s the official statement posted on Tango’s website.
Our latest project’s codename is “Zwei” and it is a survival horror game.
The above image is a collage of different environments we put together for this announcement and is intended to give a feel for the tone and the direction the production is taking. (However, neither the code name nor the image is intended to tell you exactly what is in the game.)
As a master of the ‘survival horror’ genre, Shinji Mikami is committed to making a game that is the realization of pure survival horror, an experience which he defines as one that pushes the limits of fear and exhilaration. He and his team at Tango are committed to attaining this vision.
Here on the blog, we’ll keep you posted on the latest developments from Tango. You can also follow them on their official website, Twitter, and Facebook. Those interested in applying at Tango should visit the ZeniMax job page.

Who knew Nick Breckon’s initials also stood for Nature Boy? His recent (and totally awesome) Skyrim mod, Plant Trees, lets you purchase and plant seeds throughout the world. Watch the video above to see how trees grow over time.
If that’s not cool enough, his v0.5 update adds a new item, the Staff of Efflorescence, that allows you to fire off some pretty potent flower power. Watch the video below to see it’s impressive effects.

Development of Prey 2 has not been cancelled but the game will not be released in 2012 as planned. The delay is due to the fact that game development has not progressed satisfactorily this past year, and the game does not currently meet our quality standards. Prey 2 has shown great promise and we regret disappointing our fans. We have made a substantial investment in game development to deliver the experience fans want. We are determined only to release the AAA game that fans rightfully expect, and are unwilling to compromise our quality standards to meet a release schedule.
Watch the all-new debut trailer for Dishonored, our upcoming 2012 release from Arkane Studios.
Dishonored casts you as a supernatural assassin driven by revenge. You are the once-trusted bodyguard of the beloved Empress. Framed for her murder, you become an infamous assassin, known only by the disturbing mask that has become your calling card. In a time of uncertainty, when the city is being besieged by plague and ruled by an oppressive government armed with strange technologies, dark forces conspire to bestow upon you abilities beyond those of any common man.
In Dishonored, creatively eliminate your targets with the flexible combat system as you combine the numerous supernatural abilities, weapons and unusual gadgets at your disposal. Pursue your enemies under the cover of darkness or ruthlessly attack them head on with weapons drawn. The outcome of each mission plays out based on the choices you make.
