“The demo in total is only about 15 minute in length but it should give you a good idea of what to expect in the game and I can only assume there are plenty more stylish kills and more over the top action sequences. I’m unsure of what the story will entail, but it looks to be one of those games that just ends up being good old fashioned fun. I must admit that now that I’ve had the chance to play, I’m really looking forward to seeing what happens next.”
As you can see above, Joystiq caught up with Pete Hines to discuss the game. Watch the video, or simply read the transcript at their site. You can do either, but I think it’s more fun to see Pete talk about the game.
The latest issue of PSM3 (issue #103) hit shelves in the UK this week with an eight-page cover story for Fallout 3. You’ll definitely want to check it out as it has hands-on impressions and plenty of new screenshots. Here’s a sample of the article:
“We had a year’s head start on the 360 because it came out a year earlier, so we had final dev hardware to work with earlier on than we did with PS3,” he said. “But as this point all three of them are pretty much on par. The goal is that, if I get three versions in here and hide the console or PC and just had them running on the screen, that you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference.”
Is this the end of the site’s coverage, or will there be more? Head over here to keep track.
